We offer a competitively priced service for our skills.  Most of our fees are fixed so there are no surprises. If you are on one of our packages, the fees are paid monthly over a year.  You pay a bit and we do a bit, so it all works out at the end of the year with no big bills and no mad dash. Do you have all the figures but just need it filed?

Self Assessments, VAT, Dormant Accounts, Active Company Accounts, Corporation Tax. etc

Do you need help with compiling and submitting your tax return?  We'll compile it for you and file it to HMRC standards. No matter what your income or how many items you have on there.  We'll sort it out for you.  

Got an active company and need help with the accounts?  We can help with the Year End, compiling and filing to companies house and working out your corporation tax (if applicable) to HMRC. Got a dormant company?  We can file that too.

Need help with book-keeping?  If you need to deal with the day to day managing/book-keeping of your business, we can do that to. We use a wide variety of software, so you can use something you are comfortable with. Book-keeping is charged at a hourly rate.

Need help with VAT returns?  We can do that too.  Most VAT returns are quarterly and must be filed within a month and a week of the end of the quarter.  Let us take the stress out of accounting and do it for you

We have a payroll department and we run WEEKLY, FORTNIGHTLY or MONTHLY payroll.  We use our own software and once approved by you its filed with HMRC.  Another job taken care of.

We also operate a Fee Protection Policy, or JD Shannon's Tax Club. The Tax Club policy protects individuals and businesses, should you get an investigation with HMRC  we will represent you and your fees will be paid. The Tax Club is available for Self Employed, Tax returns only, Limited Companies and Partnerships. Please call the office for more details on how you can join.

Do you need an Independent Examiner for Church/Trust/Charity accounts?  We hold a license for this too, so please get in contact. Need something else?  Give us a call.  We can try to help.

We are also licensed in Financial Accounting and Accounts Preparation, Budgeting and Forecasting and Management Accounting. Need something else?  Give us a call.  We can try to help.

We use our own software but are also conversant in other's such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Free-Agent, FreshBooks etc.  If you have your own software we can work with you to produce your accounts. If you don't have software that's fine too.  We work with excel, bank statements and books or paperwork. Whatever you have we can work with it.
